Want to feel absolutely radiant in your upcoming boudoir shoot? Then I have some fun homework for you: Indulge in all the healthy fats! Eating plenty of omega-3 fatty acids is one the best ways to keep your skin supple, moisturized, and photo-ready. So in the weeks before your session, stock up on eats like salmon, avocados, walnuts, flaxseeds, and olive oil (plus plenty of water). There is nothing more beautiful than the healthy, natural glow of a woman who is happily nourished instead of hangry! 😉
