Today’s Tip took me a bit of messing up, editing out, and a little bit of pulling-out of hair before I made it priority.
When you are in the heat of working with a client, there are SO many things to think about. Many of those things become second nature over time and with practice. But sometimes, we all catch ourselves making silly mistakes. But, today’s Tuesday Tip is one to keep a focal point of any photo session and can make the difference between a good photo to an exceptional photo.
Be intentional about your background. Simply looking for something pretty will not cut it. Look for simple, framing backgrounds. Watch for items sticking out from behind your subject and place your client accordingly. Being aware and taking a couple extra moments to seek a great background is worth it…Every. Single. Time.
