I really do understand the excitement and nerves that go into scheduling a Boudoir Photography session. I am a female. I have had my own Boudoir images taken. I have walked this walk with many other women in your shoes. And, I have had the gift of preparing and delivering images to woman for many, many years. For this reason, I want to give you a birds-eye view of what to expect through-out the process of working with me.
Booking Your Boudoir Photography Session
You’ve followed along on Instagram and Facebook for months. You’ve chatted with your best gal pal. You’ve scoured Amazon for some awesome lingerie. And, you’ve stalked the blog. You’ve made the big decision. So, just call. I’ve got you! You’re ready for the Boudoir Studio Knoxville experience. That’s fantastic! All you have to do now is schedule a day for your photo shoot.
To book your boudoir session, please call or email me to check availability. Once we determine a date, I will send you a link to your custom online portal where you will begin the booking process. There is a non-refundable retainer of 50%. This retainer is transferable and saves your session date. It also secures your hair and makeup artist for your makeover session.
The Consultation
I am not a one and done type of photographer. These images are not my vision. They are yours. This is why every boudoir session with Boudoir Studio Knoxville starts with a consultation. At this consultation we will discuss which images from my portfolio resonate with you most and find out what you like stylistically so we can design your session accordingly.
This consultation is also a great time to figure out how you’ll want your final artwork presented. I provide options such as digital imagery, albums, nightstand books, and prints. During our consultation we will have the opportunity to go over all of the options and help you find the choices that make the most sense for you.
The minimum time between your initial consultation and your session is 2 weeks. If you’re a crazy busy gal…I get that! If we cannot meet in person, I am happy to chat over the phone.
Your Boudoir Photography Shoot
On the day of the photo shoot you will finally get to experience your very own boudoir session. Bring your outfits that you’ve picked and your favorite champaign and let us take care of the rest. Your features will be enhanced by my makeup artist and you will be coached by me every step of the way. You will look amazing.
Delivery of Your Images
About 3 weeks after your Boudoir Session, your images will be ready for viewing. You have the option of receiving your images in a private online gallery to view and select from in the privacy of your own home. Or, we will schedule a time for you to review images with me in the studio. Either way, you will select images for print and I will design and place your order for you. ✨
