As many of you know by now, one of my absolute favorite things about boudoir photography is its ability to empower and uplift any woman who dares to give it a try. Even ladies who consider themselves to be shy and quiet have a fierceness inside of them that boudoir is able to connect with in the most artistic way.
But sometimes, we need a little help channeling that energy and confidence. And, in my experience, encouraging it to make an appearance before you even step into the studio can make a world of difference once my camera is out of the bag.
If you’re interested in doing a little work on your sense of empowerment before your boudoir photoshoot (or at any point in your life, really), here are some amazing quotes to help you get started. Simply read through them slowly, one by one, notice which ones resonate most for you, and then read those a few more times. Create those positivity loops in your mind, and see what happens!
