Emma & Carson | Heartland Meadows Wedding

“By the end of the night, my cheeks ached from smiling so much. I am so thankful for the life we will make together!”

This is the way that Emma began her online post with all of her wedding images. And my heart melted. If there ever was a couple that modeled unconditional and fully enveloped love, Emma and Carson are it.

Their wedding day was exquisitely done. Beautiful, humble. Full of family and lots and lots of shared moments. From tears to straight-up bust-a-move laughter, the day was full of all the good things.

One of my favorite moments of the day was the first dances. A new take on an old tradition, Emma and Carson both had so many men and women that played important roles in their upbringing that they chose to include each of these special people in the first dances. You’ll see in images below how they, one by one, cut in to have a moment of dance time with either the bride or the groom. All the feels on this one, friends.

I, too, am grateful, Emma and Carson, for this life the two of you will build together. ✨ Thank you for allowing me to be part of this journey. I am so grateful for the two of you.
